Located in Little Bourke Street in CBD, this cafe is converted from a heritage-listed 19th century power station. The architecture design of this cafe is very special with its high ceiling, brick walls and the use of natural lighting. The ambience here is nice and comfortable.  This cafe is always full and be prepared to wait if you do not make a reservation. 

The food here is divine. As a fan of benedict eggs, their benedict eggs topped with bearnaise sauce along with dry-cured ham and sourdough is a must-have. Do make sure you try their ricotta hotcake as they are famous for it and it is their bestseller. They do have a variety of brunch dishes in their menu, do check them out. 

They take breakfast reservations during the weekdays. Make a reservation to save a spot or be early so that you won't miss out on having a lovely brunch meal.

Out of the hustle and bustle of the city, Ada Grace is tucked away at a quiet street in South Melbourne. It is a hidden gem cafe frequented by the locals. The interior of the cafe is decorated with a floral ceiling. The flowers arrangements are fascinating and it gives you the ambience and environment of enjoying brunch at a park or garden. 

On top of their pretty interior decoration, they also serve delicious food. They have a lot of choices in their menu, from granola to rosti and croquettes; and hommus to burger and pasta. The variety of dishes that they offer would be able to satisy the different taste palettes and appetite of all. Their croquettes is a must-try! Left Field is a neighbourhood brunch spot in Carnegie. It has simple and modern design with white walls and blue trims. It is always busy with many customers and you can see locals (with their dogs) having breakfast there. They have friendly staff who would chat with you and give you recommendations on what to order.

Brunch at Left Field is amazing. It is heavenly and the portions they serve are generous. They are creative with the ingredients that they use in their dishes and they have nailed it. All the ingredients use such as chickpeas, hummus, carrot, kale and mint give out flavours that complements each other perfectly. It makes you want to revisit them to try out their other dishes. Besides having great taste, their food is also aesthetically good (perfect for pictures)!
