Since in the last 30 days, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang has managed to gather about 80 million active players, I am pretty sure that most of you reading this article must be players. In order to introduce these new game characters to its 80 million active players, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang decided to come out with a series of mini-movies where each character was played by a local celebrity. Let's find out who these local celebrities are and why they were chosen specifically for each game character:
#1 Janna Nick as Wanwan
Janna was chosen as Wanwan because the two have a lot in common for example they are both singers, musicians as well as streamers.
#2 Hun Haqeem as Ling
Hun was chosen to play the role of Ling because he has the characteristics of a competitive and assertive fighter.
#3 Hairul Azreen as Yin
Hairul was the best choice to play Yin because both of them are open-minded and energetic. BTW, in case you didn't know, Hairul is a strong believer in "The Best Never Rest" and he is also skilled in martial arts as well as a loyal fan of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang.
Besides the mini-movies, these three local celebrities were also featured in Mobile Legend's Raya video which garnered over 980k views in less than a month! Interestingly, the audience loved the local celebrities and hoped that this animated mini-series can be continued!
In order to attract more players, Mobile Legends also collaborated with several brands such as Dominos, Beam, Cadbury, Youch N Go, SAMSUNG Malaysia and more in conjunction with the 515th M-World Mobile Legends: Bang Bang celebration.
With the 515 campaign, 2 TikTok songs were also created, We Better Than Me as well as a remix song themed 515. Several singers covered the song and it received an overwhelming response reaching 300 thousand spectators.
