On June 10, Thai Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha highly praised Malaysia's anti-pandemic performance when he met Malaysian Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin online at 3.30 pm on that day.

According to Prayut Chan-o-cha, Malaysia plays a key role in reducing its number of confirmed cases through the implementation of MCO.

In addition, Prayut Chan-o-cha also thanked the Malaysian government for simplifying the procedures and assisting the return of Thai citizens in Malaysia

Prayut Chan-o-cha said that Thailand will continue to cooperate with Malaysia, especially in the border area along the border between the two countries.

Prayut Chan-o-cha also invited Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin to visit Thailand next time to strengthen bilateral cooperation between the two countries.
