The pop icon's apparently in early talks to play Harley Quinn aka the antihero's famed love interest. Even more surprising? The sequel to the 2019 blockbuster might also take a completely different yet striking direction: a MUSICAL. 

Director Todd Phillips recently unveiled the long-awaited title, alongside a photo of leading star, Joaquin Phoenix, reading the potential script.
