A video shared by TikTok user @adameji7 has gone viral, showing employees of a five-star hotel staging a protest outside the establishment on December 10. The workers, visibly frustrated, held up picket signs demanding fair treatment and changes to their salary conditions.

The footage reveals a group of employees gathered at the entrance of the hotel in Kuala Lumpur, voicing dissatisfaction over stagnant wages and alleged unpaid salaries. Some workers highlighted that despite dedicating over a decade of service to the hotel, they have yet to see any increments in their pay.
