A recent TikTok post by user @thekitol has captured the attention of many Malaysians after a man, known as Kitol, shared his heartfelt mission with friends to help the homeless in Kuala Lumpur.

@thekitol Terima kasih orang baik! ️ InsyaAllah next month kita buat lagi dan lagi #feed4homeless #spreadkindness #fyp suara asli - fredd

The viral video shows Kitol and his friends purchasing various types of food, including banana leaf-wrapped nasi lemak, cream-filled buns, bottled drinks, and light snacks. According to the video, some friends even chipped in extra money to buy additional food for those in need.

Once they had gathered the supplies from a local grocery store, the group drove around the city late at night, seeking out individuals who could use the support. One recipient was overjoyed upon receiving the aid, smiling brightly and even asking if they had any Apolo pandan-flavored snacks.

Despite sudden rainfall, the group did not let the weather deter them and continued their mission. Among those they assisted was a disabled elderly woman in a wheelchair, who, according to Kitol, used a road barrier as her pillow when sleeping.

The group also came across a woman sitting alone on a pedestrian bridge. "The place this sister is sitting is so clean. She even placed an Al-Quran next to her. May she always be protected and blessed," Kitol shared in the video.

What made the moment even more touching was when the woman humbly asked if she could take an extra cream bun to have for sahur the following day.

Kitol explained that the entire initiative was a personal effort by him and his friends, not affiliated with any non-governmental organization (NGO).

"Thank you, kind people! ️God willing, we will do this again and again next month," wrote Kitol in his caption.

The video's comment section has been flooded with praise for the group's generosity, with many commending them for using their own savings to help those in need. Inspired by their actions, several netizens even expressed a desire to join the team in future missions.

This simple yet meaningful gesture serves as a powerful reminder that small acts of kindness can make a significant difference in the lives of others.
