In a candid and emotional post, Chef Wan shared the journey leading up to his diagnosis. He noticed a swollen bulge in his throat shortly after returning from a vacation and promptly sought medical attention. A friend who specialized in radiology conducted an ultrasound, which revealed swollen lymph nodes in his throat. One of the nodes was slightly enlarged, while another, situated behind his thyroid gland, measured barely 1.3cm. The doctor indicated that the enlargement could be attributed to his stressful lifestyle, shedding light on the importance of self-care and managing stress in one's life.
