A food delivery rider known as Amiron recently went viral on TikTok (@amiron546) after he shared an upsetting incident that took place while he was on duty at Endah Ria Condominium in Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur.
In the video uploaded to his account, a security guard can be seen handling a food package before walking over and placing it a distance away at the guardhouse. Moments later, the guard is shown throwing the food onto the pedestrian walkway, shocking many viewers.

According to Amiron, the food had been ordered by one of the residents living in the condominium.
Amiron expressed his frustration, claiming the food had only been left there for two minutes, and that too at the request of the customer, before the guard decided to discard it without any inquiry or warning.
"The customer asked me to leave it there for a while, he was on his way down. We're not allowed to enter because they [the guards] hold on to our IC and license as per the rules," Amiron explained.
"I was waiting for the customer to come down. Usually, we're allowed to go up. I left it there for a moment and went back to my motorbike. Suddenly, he [the guard] took it and threw it away," he added.
Amiron felt that the guard's actions were disrespectful, especially towards the food, and labelled the behaviour as rude.
Following the incident, Amiron filed a formal complaint and shared the video with the customer as proof so that appropriate action could be taken.
The incident sparked widespread debate online. In the comment section of the video, many netizens criticised the guard's behaviour and questioned the need to throw the food away so hastily.
However, some individuals defended the security guard, stating that he may have been following strict orders set by the condominium's management.
The video has since attracted thousands of views and comments, with the public divided over whether the action was justified or overly harsh.
