Ingredients:

- 4 cups vanilla ice-cream

- 2 cups frozen whipped cream

- assorted toppings

How:

1- Chill your mixing bowl in the fridge for an hour. This prevents the ice-cream from melting fast.

2- Add your ice cream & whipped cream of a 2:1 ratio in the bowl.

3- Whisk with an electric mixer until it's light & fluffy like a soft-serve.

You can go crazy with the toppings: M&M', Oreo, Kinder Bueno, Kit-Kat, chocolate sprinkles etc.
