The JPJeQ app introduces a new e-queue system to reduce your waiting time at the office. How convenient! Check out these simple steps to use the app: 

1. Download the JPJeQ app on App Store or Play Store. 

2. Go to the nearest location of JPJ branch. 

3. Click 'Imbas Kod QR' to get your number and scan the code.



4. Choose the required service and click 'Hantar'. 

5. You'll receive your queue number. You will also be shown the current number and your waiting period. 



6. The system will call you to the counter when it's your turn.
