Since the weather is so hot everyday, why not cool down a bit of longan dessert? Here’s an easy recipe on longan soy milk pudding. It’ll be your new favorite dessert now!
Ingredients:
Pandan leaves
Water - 2200ml
Granulated sugar - 250g
Soy milk (1L) - 1 packet
Evaporated creamer - 1 tin
Agar powder - 25g
Longan syrup - 1 tin
Directions:
1. Boil water, pandan leaves and granulated sugar over high heat.
2. After it boils, turn to low heat, pour in evaporated creamer, soy milk and liquid agar (dissolve the agar powder in water first).
3. When the mixture boils, remove it from heat and gently pour it into container to prevent it from bubbling.
4. Remove the bubble on the surface of mixture with a spoon.
5. When the pudding is set, turn the container over to remove the pudding.
6. Cut it into cubes.
7. Top the pudding with longan syrup.
It's then done!
