According to the president of the Consumers' Association of Penang's (CAP), Mohideen Abdul Kader, the association received a complaint that a private hospital levied an RM5 fee for measuring the temperature of the visitors of the hospital.

it is inappropriate to charge an additional RM5 for measuring the temperature of the visitor who goes to the hospital 3 times a week. This is not a government tax and it is a wrong method to make a profit.
