Another MCO, another new dessert recipe to try! Make yourself some Milo Mochi, a special Japanese dessert with a local twist.

- 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp Milo powder
- 60g glutinous rice flour
- 30g sugar
- 100ml water
- A little corn starch
How to make:
1- To make the filling, whip up cream, sugar & Milo powder in a bowl until it forms a thick paste.
2- Scoop into balls on a tray & freeze.
3- Mix flour, sugar & water in a bowl. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute.
4- Repeat step 3.
5- Stir again & heat in the microwave for 30 seconds.
6- Repeat step 5.
7- Place the mochi on a board & dust with corn starch.
8- Split the mochi evenly into pieces.
9- Put the filling onto each piece of mochi. Pinch & shape into a ball.
10- Roll in some Milo powder. Serve!
