Covid-19 has taken a whole lot from us, one of them being the ability to watch movies on a big screen, popcorn in hand, and the anticipation for nothing short of an experience. 

Since the virus took over the planet, it is without a doubt that the entertainment industry, among others, took a huge hit right in the face. What would now be a year, the cinematic universe worldwide, has indeed suffered much loss. 

In Malaysia, the fight to reopen operations have been a long and hard journey, with appeals, surveys and more. 

Finally though, GSC has come bearing good news!

Taking to Twitter, GSC Cinemas announced it's reopening this coming Friday (March 5th). 

In conjunction with Minister of Defence Ismail Sabri's announcement on allowing ALL businesses to resume operations, GSC Cinemas, presented a list of exciting new movies coming to the big screens, at selected locations. 

Garnering over 5k retweets and 3k likes, it's safe to say, there could be hope for 2021 yet!
