A TikTok video posted by a Grab rider has recently gone viral, sparking conversations online about customer etiquette and appropriate attire. The rider, known as Nizam (@gerab_nizam), took to the platform to share his ongoing frustration with the behavior of some female customers during food deliveries.
In his video, Nizam expressed his disappointment over how certain women dress indecently when collecting their food orders from riders. He urged customers to be more mindful and respectful, especially considering how visible and predictable a rider's arrival can be through the Grab app.

"You can see where I am and what time I'll arrive when you place an order on Grab. So why still choose to dress indecently when collecting your order? It's heartbreaking," Nizam said.
He emphasized that the Grab app provides real-time tracking and an estimated time of arrival, giving customers ample time to prepare and dress appropriately before meeting their delivery riders.
Nizam also revealed that this wasn't an isolated incident. According to him, such situations happen frequently during his deliveries, leading him to express his concern publicly. In the caption of his video, he wrote, "People's attitude just never changes," hinting at the repeated nature of the issue.
The comments section of the video saw many users echoing Nizam's sentiments. Several agreed that customers should maintain basic decency and courtesy when interacting with delivery personnel. A few commenters even speculated that some individuals may behave that way intentionally.
While the post has sparked a range of responses, it highlights a broader discussion about mutual respect and proper behavior in everyday service interactions.
