Twitter Reacts To ‘Heinekicks’ That Has Real Beer-Filled Soles

By storyteller24

Are you a beer buff? And do you identify yourself as a sneakerhead?

If your answer to both the questions is a HELL YES, heres good news that will make you trip with excitement.

In a cool-bizarre fashion move, dutch brewing company Heineken has launched sneakers with real beer filled in their soles. WHAT? How cool, right?

Heineken has collaborated with acclaimed shoe designer, Dominic Ciambrone AKA shoe surgeon, and came up with these sneakers called Heinekicks.

The shoe matches the colour of the Heineken bottle, having shades of green, silver and red.

The sneakers that are popularly being called "beer for your sole also have a removable metal bottle opener built into the tongue of the shoes."

Taking to Twitter, the company shared a clip of their newly launched Heinekicks for the love of beer and sneakers.

"Beer for your sole. Designed in collaboration with noted shoe designer, Dominic Ciambrone, to celebrate the smoothness of Heineken Silver. Heinekicks aren't your everyday shoe, but its not every day you get to walk on beer," the company wrote on Twitter.

Netizens swooned over the announcement and it looks like everyone now wants a pair of these cool sneakers. A Twitter user wrote, Damn I will get these just for the love of Heineken and another rated the quirky shoes as 10/10.

A sneakerhead archived the shoes in his WISHlLIST! and a beer snob was worried if the beer could be refilled in the shoes.

Twitter users also enquired about the alcohol percentage and were interested in knowing if they will really trip after wearing the sneakers.

Guess, millennials are ready to don some boozy, trippy, and cool AF beer shoes.

Heineken, we hope all pints are taken into consideration.
