A TikTok video recently went viral after a tourist from Texas, United States, known as Zahra, shared her priceless reaction upon receiving her food at the popular mamak restaurant chain, Q Bistro.

In the video posted by @z_salima, Zahra looked visibly shocked when a staff member served her a towering plate of roti tisu, a thin, crispy dessert-style bread known for its height and sweetness.

"I thought roti tisu was just a small snack. He said, 'Why don't you try roti tisu.' This is crazy. He (the worker) had to hold it from top to bottom," Zahra said, laughing as she admired the unexpectedly large dish.

Amused and fascinated, Zahra compared the roti tisu to a "wizard hat," saying it reminded her of something straight out of a cartoon or movie.

"Everyone told me to try roti tisu, but no one warned me how big it was! After tasting it, I realised I actually wanted even more of it!" she wrote in her video caption.

Despite her initial shock, Zahra absolutely loved the dish. "This is too good not to try!" she exclaimed, praising the unique dessert for its flavor and crispiness.

In the comments section, Zahra also reached out to locals, asking for more food recommendations she should try while in Malaysia.

"What else is surprising? This roti tisu blew my mind," she asked.
