We have just the opportunity for you: Van Leeuwen is introducing a limited-edition ice cream flavour inspired by Rian Johnsons new whodunit Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery. Whatus in it? Thats a question even the Glass Onion cast had trouble with. Check out the delightful taste-test video featuring Johnson, Madelyn Cline, Kate Hudson and Leslie Odom Jr.

"There's fucking onion in this thing," Hudson says in the video, and she's damn right – there is f***ing onion in this thing! Bourbon onion jam, to be precise, along with some glazed, pineapple-infused honeycomb. It's all mixed up in Van Leeuwens delicious vanilla ice cream, with a Greek yogurt base that brings out the perfect glassy (get it?) texture. "Are there glass fragments in this?"
