- 1/2 cup traditional rolled oats
- 1 cup water (OR 1/2 cup vegetable or chicken stock + 1/2 cup water)
-1-2 tsp soy sauce
- toppings of your choice: fried shallots, green onion, poached egg, sesame oil, chilli crisp
How to make:
1- Cook oats in water/stock to your desired texture for 3-5 minutes.
2- Add soy sauce & bring to a boil.
3- Add your favourite toppings. Serve!
