If you‘ve lost your certificates, do not panic. There is a way for you to retrieve a new copy, as shown below. Just follow the steps and your certificates will be with you in a matter of days.
Step 1: Go to The Official E-Lembaga Peperiksaan Website
Click on the "Perkhidmatan" button on the left.
Step 2: Choose which level of certificate you'd like to retrieve.
It will look something like this.
Step 3: Fill in the required details.
Make sure all your details are correct.
Step 4: You will be asked to choose between "Collect Yourself" or "Poslaju + RM 10".

Click "Mohon" to complete your application.
Do bear in mind that you will be charged RM 30 for each certificate and an additional RM 10 delivery fee. if you choose the other option, you'd need to pay a visit to their official office in order to get it.
