Quoting the image, Rafizi Ramli took to Twitter to share his playful take on the situation. He humorously remarked, "Yang tungkus lumus siapkan dokumen perancangan ekonomi ke parlimen sampai tak tidur malam = penjawat awam" (Translation: "Those who toil tirelessly to prepare economic planning documents for Parliament until they can't sleep at night = civil servants"). In another paragraph, he continued, "Yang terpaling penat sampai tertidur masa pembentangan KSP = mamat yg nak demo nak selamatkan negara 16/9 nanti" (Translation: "The one who is so exhausted that they fall asleep during the presentation of the Malaysia Plans (KSP) = the guy who wants to rally and save the country on September 16th").
