A Facebook user named Mohd Shukri Shohimi has called out another user who left a disgusting sexual harassment remark towards politician Nurul Izzah in a private Facebook group.
The comment was purportedly made in response to a post detailing the EPF withdrawal issue and how he was disappointed about not being allowed to withdraw.
Quick to take action, netizens have managed to retrieve the user's personal information and it was then displayed publicly online. The post has eventually gone viral and prompted his former employer to release a statement.
According to the statement, the employee in question has no longer been part of their staff since 2019. Nonetheless, they have publicly condemned the sexual harassment remark, saying that "it goes against" their "corporate values."
Other Facebook users have also came forward in denouncing his rape threat remarks, and have urged the authorities to take action.
