As we speed through life, we often forget about all the things which make life worthwhile.

1. No one cares
Everyone has their own thing going on, and everyone is focused on said thing. Nobody's batting an eyelid about the choices you're making in life.
2. Avoid oversharing
Less is always more. It's always good to have a little mystery and a few secrets.
3. If it won't matter in 5 years, it doesn't matter now
Don't waste your time, energy and emotion worrying about things that don't hold water
4. You can't control others, but you can control you
People will act how people will act, you can't control it. But, you can control how you react to what happens.
5. Listen more than you speak
Don't listen to respond, listen to understand, to comprehend, to learn and to absorb.
6. In every challenge, there's an opportunity
It may be hard to remember that when things are hard, but do your best to focus on the silver lining.
7. Never give too much power to anyone
Make sure that you're the person who holds the most power over you.
8. Everyone has something, be kind
Life may tough, but remember that everyone has it hard, be compassionate.
