【Into the Night】 is the first Belgian produced Netflix original mini-series. It is released on the 1st of May 2020 and has been on the streamer’s top 10 charts worldwide since the release. It is inspired by Polish science fiction, The Old Axolotl written by Jacek Dukaj, published in 2015.

This series consists of 6 episodes, with each episode about 35 minutes long. The fast pace in the series is surely breathtaking, along with the unexpected plot twist that will get you hooked just after one episode.
This drama begins its opening with a group of first-class passengers boarding a flight at Brussels International Airport in Belgium heading east from Brussels to Moscow. At the same time, an Italian soldier, Terenzio, who saw from the news report that a large number of people has died unexpectedly, forces his way through the gates and onto the flight, threaten the pilot to fly west instead of the east because the sun would kill all living things.
Under the pressure from Terenzio, the flight proceeds with an early take off under the leadership of pilot Mathieu. From there onwards, the passenger has embarked on an endless journey away from the sun.
