The service, which is available around the MRT Cyberjaya City Centre station, was praised for its user-friendly approach and impressive cost savings compared to regular e-hailing rides.

In her post on TikTok (@hnmyza), the woman recounted how she initially checked an e-hailing fare to her destination while still onboard the train. At that moment, the price displayed was RM9. However, once she arrived at the station and checked again, the fare had unexpectedly jumped to RM18, double the earlier amount.

Caught off guard by the sudden price surge, she began looking for alternatives. That's when she noticed a Rapid-On-Demand van stationed nearby.

Curious, she approached one of the staff members to find out more about the service. After getting a quick rundown on how it works, she downloaded the app and gave it a try.

To her surprise, only RM1 was deducted from her My50 travel pass, and even that amount, she said, would be refunded later into her account.

Even better, she ended up being the sole passenger during the ride. The female driver, whom she described as friendly and chatty, made the journey even more pleasant.
