Apple pie is heaven for many of us! Now here's a recipe on how to make tasty apple pies that are all crispy on the outside and soft and sweet on the inside. You'd love it!

What you need:

Apple - 1

Bread - 6 slices

Egg - 1

Sugar - 2 tablespoons

Butter - 25g

Starch water - half a small bowl

Make filling:

1️⃣Peel and dice the apple

2️⃣Melt the butter in a pan and stir-fry the diced apple until cooked

3️⃣Add sugar and continue to stir-fry until it melts

4️⃣Stir in starch water until thicken

5️⃣Remove from pan

Make crust:

1️⃣Cut the 4 edges of the bread

2️⃣Roll the bread until it is thin

3️⃣Brush eggs on the sides of the bread

4️⃣Place the filling on the upper half of bread

5️⃣Cut the lower half of bread gently 3 times (leave 3 strokes)

6️⃣Fold the bread, and press firmly

Crust + filling:

1️⃣Heat the pan with medium heat

2️⃣Fry the apple pie until light brown
