As of yesterday (8th August 2022), Seoul and other parts of South Korea have been experiencing some pretty serious torrential rains, and water levels have only seem to be increasing.
Taking to Twitter, netizens share and discuss the severity of it, power outages which have followed and apparently, deaths.
