Are you looking for low calories yet yummy pasta? Today, I am going to share with you the creamy pumpkin with salted egg yolk pasta with low calories yet surprisingly delicious!

First of all, you'll need to prepare the ingredients first.

Ingredients:

1. 60g pasta

2. 150g pumpkin

3. 200g milk

4. 1 salted egg

5. Green beans

6. Ham

Steps:

1. Boil the pasta, add a little salt and drained it up in a bowl.

2. Steam the pumpkin, mash it with milk, and stirred it to become pumpkin sauce.

3. Mash the salted egg.

4. Heat the pan with oil, add the salted egg yolk and fry lightly. Then, fry together with the green beans and ham followed by pouring pumpkin paste and cook until you see a bubble.

5. Pour the cooked pasta into the sauce, cook a few more minutes, season with a little salt, then it is done.
