Types of Ear Piercings

1. Orbital piercing 

- It is almost similar to industrial piercing 

- Quite popular in the helix or anti-helix area

  

 

     

2. Tragus piercing 

- The part of your ear that is right in front of your ear canal 

- Not popular due to the high risk of infection and irritation 

 

    

3. Anti-tragus piercing 

- It is located just above the ear lobe  

     

 

 

      

4. Lobe piercing 

- The most common and quickest to heal  

 

 

 

     

5. Transverse lobe piercing 

- It goes horizontally through the ear lobe  

 

        

6. Daith piercing 

- The inner most cartilage fold of the ear 

- It can be difficult to access 

- Also said to be a potential remedy for migraines  

 

 

 

         

7. Auricle piercing 

- The middle part of the outer rim of the ear 

 

 

 

           

Ear Piercings are beautiful but you gotta take good care of your piercings after you get them, 

if not you might get an infection or irritation very easily.
