Realising they wouldn't make it to the hospital in time, the couple had no choice but to pull over by the roadside.
The skies opened with heavy rain, but what could have been a frightening ordeal soon became a story of kindness and community. Strangers nearby rushed to help. Among them was housewife Syarifah Munawwarah Sayed Muhammad, who instinctively grabbed umbrellas to shield the mother from the downpour. Others gathered around, offering comfort and reassurance to the anxious couple.
With the support of these strangers, the young mother bravely welcomed her baby boy into the world right there by the roadside. Moments later, medical assistance arrived, and she was taken to Hospital Sultan Ismail, where both she and her newborn were confirmed to be in good condition.
