Several schools in Handan City, China introduced the lunch break desks and chairs for their students to nap during their lunch break.

No more waiting until the end of school to take naps. Woohoo!

How it works is super simple. Just push the table top and the armrests up and tadah! Instant reclining chair ready for them for their midday nap. The students can sleep comfortably on their back instead of their stomach.

Each "lounge chair" even has a pillow attached along with a matching blanket. How adorable! These students will have such a comfy nap. 

The administration of Chunguang Primary School in Handan City discovered in 2021 that the majority of kids who napped with their heads on their desks after lunch would awaken with stiff arms and necks.

The school took the initiative to buy new foldable tables and chairs so that students can rest more comfortably in order to remedy the issue and give kids a "high-quality lunch break."

So, when will this innovation come to Malaysia?
