Do you often find yourself wondering what to eat? You want a simple meal but cooking up a storm is not the highest on your “to-do list”. You want a meal that packs a punch! Savory, sweet, slightly tart, and most of all, a wonderful treat. 

This delicious and fluffy treat will surely put you in a great mood! Nutritious and filling, with a decadent fluffy buttered bread, along with a creamy center of whipped egg salad and several pieces of sliced hardboiled egg.

All you will need are two slices of bread, two eggs, butter, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper!

Start by boiling the two eggs for approximately 6-7minutes. Once done, remove from the heat and peel both eggs. Remember to double-check for any stubborn shells left on the egg. Mash one egg and add mayonnaise, season the egg mixture to your liking. 

Now that you have made your mixture, you can start prepping your bread! Butter the two slices of bread ( I like using white bread which adds to the fluffiness, but you can use whichever bread you like). 

Once buttered, it is time for the assembly. Gently spread the egg and mayo mix onto the bread, making sure it is even and you don’t miss any spots. Add the slices of the egg over the spread and cover with the other slice of bread. Et voila, you are done with your perfectly fluffy egg sandwich!
