Last friday (23 Feb) WWE Friday Smackdown, the world saw a new face; Dante Chen and he’s Singaporean!
Based on reports, Dante Chen, registered name Sean Tan, aged 28 is the first-ever Singaporean to debut on WWE.
The match took place at Salt Lake City, Utah. He faced Bron Breakker. In the 1 and a half min duel, he made a great drop-kick, but unfortunately lost to Breakker.
However he did take the time to acknowledge his participation as the first Singaporean wrestler to debut on national TV in the US.
He is also the first Singaporean and SEA Asian wrestler to sign with the WWE. After of which, he relocated to Orlando, Florida.
