Based on rumours and predictions, the new iPhone that will be releasing in the last quarter of the year could see an increase in prices. 

The iPhone 15 Pro and ‌iPhone 15 Pro‌ Max could start its pricing at $1,099 (RM5,200) and $1,199 (RM5,607). This would mean a $100 price increase over the current models. 

Reports also state that however the 15 and the 15 plus would remain the same. 

The initiative has said to further drive sales for the ‌iPhone 15‌, offsetting potential resistance from the price increment. This is due to stats that 25% of Apple's 1.2 billion user base has not upgraded their devices in over four years. 

This apparently indicates a significant pent-up demand. 

The entire ‌iPhone 15‌ lineup is due to be unveiled at Apple's "Wonderlust" event on Tuesday, Sept 12.
