RMCO | How To Make An Appointment Online Before Going To JPN, EPF And JIM

All government departments and service counters had resumed operations under the Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO). 

However, you must make appointments online before going to the designated branch offices of the National Registration Department (JPN), Employees Provident Fund (EPF), or Malaysia Immigration Department (JIM).

Here are the methods for you to make an appointment online:

1. National Registration Department (JPN)

- Appointment can be made at least 24 hours before the appointment day (depends on availability).

2. Employees Provident Fund (EPF)

- Appointment can be made as early as 14 working days before or at least 4 hours before appointment time (depends on availability).

- Website: https://janjitemu.kwsp.gov.my/

3. Malaysia Immigration Department (JIM)

- Appointment can be made as early as three months before or at least one day before appointment date (depends on availability).

- Website: www.sto.imi.gov.my

In addition, the public is required to follow the standard operating procedures(SOP) set by the Malaysian Government by undergoing temperature checks, wearing a face mask, maintaining social distancing and applying hand sanitizer.
