Westlife will headline a two-day concert at Axiata Arena Bukit Jalil in Kuala Lumpur from today onwards.
A video on TikTok went viral recently, depicting a woman expressing her disappointment after seeing the event organisers' restrictions.
The woman can be seen in the video expressing her dissatisfaction when she realised she was not allowed to be recorded or take photographs during the concert.

"Time for some tea! I'm stressed because the organiser of the Westlife concert has f**king restrictions. I'm tired of clearing out my phone's storage. I even paid RM800 for a ticket, but to find out that photography and video recording are not allowed?
"The doors open at 7 p.m., and the show begins at 8:30 p.m. Are you serious? "In the video, she wrote.
It is understood that the event organisers have barred any type of recording while the artist is performing.
What perplexed netizens was that the price of the tickets purchased for the performance might be considered rather costly, yet the crowd was unable to record their precious moments during the event.
The audience has been advised of specific restrictions that must be obeyed via the organizer's official Instagram account.
They even issued a statement indicating that they appreciate everyone's feedback and are working to improve the service areas that are under their control. Furthermore, despite their efforts to improve their services and event management, there are some factors beyond their control.
High on their agenda is to protect the intellectual property of the artists with whom they work and that's all they can say for now.
I'm sure most of you are already on your way to the concert. Hopefully, there will be much more information when you get to the venue, and we hope you have a nice time tonight, Westlife fans!
