Does this so-called "nasi lemak" look even remotely close to our national pride? Err, we think not! Well unlike this British TikToker's brazen clip, we're still scratching our heads over the comparison. 

  
The clip has since raked in almost 1,000 comments from baffling netizens, with many lambasting the TikToker (despite her #comedy stamp) by calling out that her dish was just a plain rice paired with curry and fried chicken. 

Besides pointing out that it was clearly missing the signature "sambal, anchovies and egg combo" that a true nasi lemak is known for, some commenters even noted that perhaps she was trying to ruffle some feathers!

And one thing's for sure, we do have sliced cucumbers on ours so her caption was unnecessarily starting fire!
