1. Physical Appearance

Generally, the first thing that people notice about you is your skin, and having a glowing skin will help you shine your first impression! Start by using an exfoliator once a week. It helps to remove the dead skin and reveal your baby's smooth skin underneath. 

It is essential to clean your face twice a day and subsequently apply toner, essence, eye cream, and moisturizer to maintain the youthful look and radiate your skin. Don’t forget to pamper yourself by applying a face mask twice a week to give it extra hydration.


# Appearance

Sunscreen plays a crucial factor to protect our skin from the excessive harmful UV rays. UV rats are often linked with skin aging, wrinkles, and age spots. As UV rays are invisible, apply sunscreen every day before you go outdoors as protection.

Besides, for a glow up look, trim your eyebrows today. It does make a difference in the way you look. Dry lips and yellow teeth are a “no-no” if you want to look pretty and healthy. 

Apply lip balm to moisturize it your lips. As for white teeth, you may try to mix baking soda with water to create a paste, then apply it to your teeth, leave it for 2 minutes and rinse it off with water.


# Hair

The easiest way to glow up in one month is to change your hairstyle. A new hair cut can change your appearance and face shape in a way that you cannot imagine. 

Besides, the split ends hanging at your hair will not leave a good impression for other people. You may also dye your hair with a new color! Look for inspiration in a magazine or online and discuss it with your hairstylist.


2. Healthy Lifestyle

# Drink water

Drinking water is a choice. Yes, it is. Too many of us forgot to drink a sufficient amount of water every day that our bodies are constantly dehydrated. 

Water helps to improve our metabolism, flush out the toxins from our intestine, and believe it or not, it will improve our skin condition! It might be a daunting task to start to drink more water. 

Set yourself a goal and prepare a water bottle. Download an app or set a time on your phone as a reminder.


# Healthy Diet

It is time to cut off some deep-fried chicken and excessive carbohydrates in your meal today. 

Believe me, a healthy diet not only helps in weight loss, but it also helps us to feel clean in terms of our body and our soul. We will feel lighter, more confident, and little by little, we become happier. 

Try to incorporate more proteins in your diet. Have at least a fruit bowl and salad bowl every day. Start small by just having a fruit every day. 


# Exercise

Exercise has become a trendy activity as there are many fun and exciting workout classes that we can try on, such as Pilates, Boxing, Yoga and so much more. 

Feeling lazy to drive to the place? Open Youtube and find some easy home work out to do. Whether you prefer 10 minutes, 20 minutes, or 30 minutes, focusing on abs, arms, or legs- You have the call! 

To glow up in one month, exercise at least 10 to 15 minutes every day and you may increase the duration if you feel like it.


3. Confidence

# Body Posture & Fashion Style

A good body posture creates the impression that you are a capable and confident person. Stand up straight, eyes look ahead, let your shoulders and arms rest naturally by your side as you walk. 

Furthermore, we should wear clothes that suit our style and emphasize our favorite features. Do not follow the trend blindly, instead, create your own fashion style that will bring the best look out of you and make you feel your best! Whether you prefer a handsome blazer, a cute dress, sporty look or high heels, mix and match to your own liking and be confident as you wear it.


# Positive Affirmations

The best way to glow up is to have a positive mindset and be ready for new challenges every day. Write down a list of positive and motivational quotes and read them when you have some free time. 

Not to forget to pamper yourself once a while. Have a gratitude moment every day before you sleep. Listen to your inner voice and understand what you need- A short trip? A hot bath? Some desserts? After having your stressful mind relaxed, you will glow up naturally as you are happier and positive aura shines out from you.

All in all, the core value of glowing up is to let your confidence shine and be your best self. Being beautiful is not as hard as you thought it would be, there are only two simple requirements-confidence and your smile.
