You are eligible to replace your Mykad if you face any of these problems:


1. Chip damage

2. Loss of card

3. Card damage

4. Replacement for the new updated chip


How to register?


Step 1: Register your account at https://www.malaysia.gov.my/portal/register to get started

Step 2: Fill in all the required details

Step 3: wait for a confirmation email then proceed to sign in. You will be asked to create a password.

Step 4: You will be directed to a website. Go to "registration" and click on "apply here".

Step 5: Read the terms and conditions carefully.

Step 6: Fill in all the required details.

Step 7: Proceed to payment (only credit card payment is accepted).

Step 8: Once application is accepted, print payment receipt and collect your card at the nearest JPN office.
