So, the purpose of this article is to share with you on steps to get refund for your CONFIRMED bookings on Agoda via Agoda mobile apps and Agoda official website. 

AGODA MOBILE APPS (For iPhone user)

Firstly, go to the "More" tab located at the bottom right of your apps. Then click "About Us".

A page as below will appears and just click on "Agoda Best Price Guarantee" at the bottom of the list. Then, Agoda apps will bring you the page for you to submit a claim and kindly read the terms and conditions before clicking on "Best Price Guarantee Claim Form".

Kindly go to Agoda official website, then scroll down to bottom until you saw the column as shown in picture below, then click on "Terms of Use". A new window will pop out, and you can proceed by clicking on the words "Agoda Price Guarantee".

Then, the page will lead you to another page where you can obtain your "Best Price Guarantee Claim Form". Again, a gentle reminder to readers, please read through the terms&conditions before submitting your claim to Agoda. Agoda has the right to reject any claim submitted.

So this is how the claim form looks like. You shall provide all the information requested by Agoda, and I noted down few guides in the pictures. Bear in mind that, this is a guide prepared by author, and author will not bear responsibility on any rejected / failed attempts for the claim. Based on my experience, after submitting the claim form, Agoda will send you a feedback within few working days.
