#1. Write Down The Source Of Your Anxiety

When you start to feel anxious, ask yourself why you feel anxious, and then write all the answers on paper. This method can help you find out the reasons and solutions that make you anxious.

#2. Don’t Always Focus On The Success Of Others

In this modern era, people spend more time on social media checking on other people's latest status, it is easy for people to fall into the mentality of comparing with others and being jealous after seeing only the successful side of others. #5. Find A Way To Relax

Relaxation methods vary from person to person. You can try to listen to relaxing music or use essential oils to relieve stress. The best essential oils for relieving anxiety are lavender, rose, bergamot, etc. 


#6. Ask The Doctor For Help

If you cannot concentrate on work or study due to anxiety, it means that anxiety has continued to affect your daily life. You can consider receiving professional assistance such as psychological counselling. Although there are several drugs that can treat anxiety, these drugs need to be checked by a doctor before using them.
