If you are an approved BPN recipient but cash aid could not be transferred successfully to your bank account, or you do not have a bank account, do read this through! 

The Deputy Financial Minister II Mohd. Sahar Abdullah has announced through his Chinese Facebook page that some selected BSN branches will be open from Apr 17 to 19 at different hours for BPN recipients to get their cash aid at the counters. 

Below is the time available at the selected BSN branches:

- Kelantan, Terengganu and Johor: Open on Apr 17 and 18, from 9:30am to 3pm

-Other states in West Malaysia: Open on Apr 18 and 19, from 9:30am to 3pm

-Sabah and Sarawak: Open on Apr 18 and 19, from 9am to 2pm

He also reminded the recipients to bring along the voucher and serial number that can be obtained on the BPN website. However, he asked the people to remain patient as the serial number is in the process of issuing, so some may yet to obtain the number.
