Thai BBQ Restaurant In S'pore Had To Be Ambushed By Police After Shirtless Men Were Found Roaming The Restaurant

The Singaporean police had to be summoned to one very popular Thai BBQ restaurant in Bugis recently, after several complaints were made by their concerned customers, claiming there were naked men on the loose around the restaurant.

But, wait! There's a twist. It turns out, Mr. Mookata, the infamous restaurant, had deployed quite an interesting marketing strategy (in collaboration with Asia Farm Beverages) to welcome 2022: by enlisting shirtless hunks as the restaurant servers, serving their signature drinks to anyone that'd dare to step in.

Perhaps some of the customers simply didn't get the memo, and thus the police were called. After learning that it was a marketing strategy meant to draw the crowds and promote good health with the appeal of good physiques, the police left the promise with no actions taken against the restaurant.

Now imagine if such a stunt were to be done in Malaysia... the chaos that it'd erupt.
