Sin Chew Daily reported that Penang was landed with pouring rain while many areas were flooded. Despite this terrible weather, this deliveryman Besherom Hasroy, who was delivering food yesterday to Farlim, decided to stop in the middle of this 'mini flood' to direct the traffic in order to make sure the safety of road users.
