For 30 minutes a day, learn something new that can pay you forever:
- Copywriting
- Digital Marketing
- UGC & video editing
- Coding
3. Win your mornings
Wake up early every day, just because, then try:
- Thinking clearly
- Planning with purpose
- Working undistracted
4. Try 10 minutes of being still
- No devices
- No noises
- No inputs
5. Go outside and connect
Touch some grass, feel some sunlight, walk with no where to go, just spend 30 minutes in nature. This will help:
- Clear your anxiety
- Boost your creativity
- Regulate your nervous system
6. Fix your sleep
Deep sleep is fuel, protect it:
- No screens 1 hour before bed
- No eating 3 hours before bed
- Cold + dark room
- Be consistent
7. Be active, not lazy
Health is wealth, train your body like your goals depend on it, Your best options:
- Running
- Lifting
- Swimming
