1. Grab the chair, lift your butt, and slowly press your shoulder on the chair seat. Put your butt down on the ground and repeat.

2. Sit on your knees, beside the chair, stretch the outer arm to reach the chair edge, the inner arm reach another side of your waist.

3. Turn around the chair. Stay at the same position as the second one, the outer arm stretch over your head and reach the backseat of the chair. Lift your head up and try to lean on the backseat.

4. Kneeling on both knees, bend your arm to the back and hold the foldable chair.

5. Stand behind the chair a few feets, lean down your back and stretch your arm to reach the chair with your forearms or elbows.

6. Facing behind the chair, grab the backseat of the chair, and stretch your arms and back.

7. If you want an intermediate level of the previous stretches, step in front a bit to stretch further for your back.
