We all have our own problems in life. 

It's common that we all get stuck in life sometimes and feels like there's so much to do but we hardly move on the progress. 

Feeling confused, don't know where to go or what to do, procrastinating, or you know what to do but don't know where to start. 

The good news is, everyone can get unstuck if we want, and we can put effort into it.

You may ask: My life seems as usual as most of the people in this world, why do I still feeling stuck?

Well, it is a normal phenomenon that we feel stuck in our life. Because any incidents that happened around us can affect our ways of thinking and our behaviors without being noticed. 

You can get stuck for any reason: whether you just graduated, you resigned from current job and trying to change to a different path, you move to another country, you just tied the knot and starting a new life, etc.

If there's a will, there's a way.


I. Create a to-do list

Since it's confusing to decide what to do, list down things that you desire to accomplish. You can decide which and where to start after the list has been created, and from here you may make your own schedule or a time table to do things accordingly.

 II. Write a journal

Always keep your journal with you. You can write anything you want at any time and anywhere. It can be a thought, a feeling that rises suddenly, a scene you saw on the road, etc. This can't help you with what you actually wanted to do, but it can help you understand yourself better after you read what you wrote and it can also ease your stress.

III. Know that it will pass

It sounds like a common sentence (and useless, perhaps...) to comfort people who are experiencing something bad but yeah, know that things will pass and you can have a good new start. The negative emotions you are feeling right now are temporary, as long as you take the first move to break it.

IV. Focus on the present

Your worries and fear will continue to stay if you didn't do anything about it. Try not to get addicted to these feelings and focus on your life now instead. Remember, every action matters. Focus on the daily routine of your life, eat healthy good food, go jogging, visit a museum, have a good sleep routine, etc. You can't have a good lifestyle that you dream of if you don't even take care of yourself now.

Last but not least, we all have our own different values and pathways in our life. Don't compare yourself with other people. Instead, appreciate your own experiences. The world is beautiful.
