Limited edition McDonald's menu? Yes please! This time we're having burgers, desserts, and cakes! For a hint of what's coming, let's just say that beef lovers had better read on, and as for the desserts and sweet delights, I'd say the theme is more Malaysian than anything. Let's have a look!
1. Corn Pie & Cempedak McFlurry
Aside from our 1-Ringgit sundae cone, there's nothing more classic than McDonald's warm pie and cool McFlurry as dessert. This limited edition pie if filled to the brim with sweet and salty buttered corn, wrapped in the signature crispy, crunchy wrap. Definitely something to savour.
Meanwhile, McDonald's also introduced a Cempedak McFlurry. Simply, it is the classic vanilla ice cream mixed with one of the local favorites - the cempedak. And, if history is any indicator, we'll be getting chunks of the fruits with our McFlurry too.
2. Apple Crumble Cheesecake & Pandan Gula Melaka Cake
McCafe isn't sitting this one out too, with 2 brand new cakes being introduced to the lineup. The Apple Crumble Cheesecake is topped with a layer of sweet and crunchy (you guessed it) apple crumble, while the layered flavors and texture will give you an amazing experience.
On the other hand, the Pandan Gula Melaka Cake is not unfamiliar to us, as almost anything and everything has been made with these flavors. The Gula Melaka sandwiched between pandan sponge cakes, topped with generous amounts of coconut shavings is just what we asked for!
3. Double Cheeseburger & Spicy Double Beef with Cheese
Alright, alright, beef lovers, it's your turn now. Please put your hands together for the return of the Double Cheeseburger and Spicy Double Beef with Cheese! Tomato sauce can't be spicy? Wrong! Layered with the juicy beef patties, cheesy cheese, and fresh vegetables is a spicy tomato sauce that will leave your mouths watering.
