A distressing video recently made rounds on social media, capturing the tragic moment when a 22-year-old patient with disabilities and mental illness jumped off the 6th floor of Hospital Sultan Ismail in JB. 

The incident occurred after the patient's surgery for a right knee multi-ligament injury with a vascular injury was cancelled due to a flu diagnosis. The patient, who had been allowed to leave the hospital, tragically passed away the following day after sustaining severe injuries to the head and body from the fall. 

Authorities are currently conducting an investigation, but as of now, there is no evidence of foul play.
