An individual claimed that he was the victim of "medical negligence" while receiving care at a public hospital.
Zaslan Zeeha Zainee uploaded a picture of his fully blood-soaked adult nappy on Facebook.
"Without taking into account how painful it would be for me, the hospital staff removed my catheter from my private area, causing me pain and severe bleeding from my urinary tract.
"They say it's normal, but when I urinate, you can see how much blood comes out of me. I hurt so bad every time I have to urinate," he wrote.
Zaslan had filed a report with the Public Complaints Management System (SISPAA), according to the comment section.
He added that no apology was given for the occurrence by the hospital or the staff members involved.
